Brave Noise Beer Release & Panel Discussion

Acknowledging that the craft beer industry has more work to do in creating a safe, and discrimination-free workplace for women, and others, we’re taking a step towards action in providing small businesses a resource for creating necessary and positive change.

Esther Tetreault, co-owner of Trillium, will be moderating a panel of HR, DEI, and legal experts sharing their advice to business leaders looking for guidance. This event will focus on two foundational areas of support:

How leaders set their organizations up for success in creating, and sustaining, a safe and welcoming workplace.

How leaders must react when a situation occurs that goes against company values, and what are the rights and responsibilities of all stakeholders.

Our experienced panel is participating pro bono for this important initiative. 100% of ticket fees will be donated to Lawyers for Civil Rights, Boston. LCR works to fight discrimination and foster equity through creative and courageous legal advocacy, education, and economic empowerment.

The event will take place from 5-7:30pm with a networking reception after the panel discussion. The ticket includes a welcome beer and light snacks.

There are a limited number of tickets available for this event, so organizations will be limited to two (2) participants per business. Please bring a copy of the ticket with you to the event, and come prepared to adhere to current COVID protocols.
